We get the Oil -Under the resolution, Iraq's oil revenues will be put into a
new development fund to be held by the central bank and spent on
reconstruction and humanitarian needs at the direction of the occupying
powers Britain and the United States.
We run the Place -The resolution also calls on the US and British forces to
help set up an interim Iraqi-run administration until an internationally
recognized, representative government is established.
Now tell me again this was not about the oil...
