They Have the Money, We Have The Power
The TCA is asking the Bush Administration to overturn the 8-2 decision of the California Coastal Commission to stop this toll road and save the park and beach. To lobby the Bush Administration and quell a rebellion in Congress, TCA will spend $56,500 a month on three lobbying firms. Director Norby has sticker shock after calculating they are paying lobbyists up to $700 an hour.
